Education
I attended the Manchester Metropolitan University for all my post-secondary education. I earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences as well as a post-graduate Certificate of Education in Modern Foreign Languages. My main focus was French, and the subsidiary was Spanish.
Experience
As a French native, I am fluent in French. I have been teaching French for over 15 years, including five years in the United Kingdom and ten years in Australia. For five years, I have been the president of the WA Teacher of French Association. I am also the vice president of the Federation of French Association of Australia. In 2014, I was awarded the Outstanding Professional Service Award by the Professional Teaching Council of Western Australia Inc. In 2016, I was awarded the Marie Louise Laurent Award. This award recognizes and congratulates local contributions to and excellence in the teaching of French and the support of fellow teachers.
