Education
I hold an Advanced Diploma of Mass Communication from the Central Academy of Art in Malaysia. My diploma is grade A. I attended the Central Conservatory of Music in China to earn my Guzheng Chinese Instrument Certificate.
Experience
I am a private tutor for students learning to speak Mandarin and Chinese, as well as to play the Guzheng, a Chinese instrument. I have been teaching students in these areas since 2010. I find teaching interesting. I enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge to my students. It's fun to communicate with foreign students as well. I am an outgoing and reliable instructor who cheerfully works alongside students as they build their skills and knowledge in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, or music. I can walk students through the making of the Guzheng, as well as introduce them to plucking techniques and other basic concepts. I can provide conversational practice to build student's listening and speaking skills.
