Education
I earned my Diploma in Banking and Finance from Holmesglen Tafe and then went on to earn my undergraduate degree in human resource management and finance from Swinburne University. I then earned my graduate degree in international business from the University of Western Sydney. I have also received a Certificate 1V in Training & Assessment (TAE) and a Certificate 111 in Micro Business Operations.
Experience
I have twelve years of professional experience as a human resources manager, trainer, and mentor. I currently deliver the Job Ready Program, also known as the Certificate 111 in Business, for eligible job seekers for six-month periods both in the classroom and via distance learning. Prior to that, I tutored at the University of Western Australia in the areas of Australian employment relations and international management. I have tutored many students at the undergraduate and graduate levels on a variety of topics related to my field of expertise over the past five years. I currently offer tutoring in the fields of management and leadership, employee relations, human resources, and business.
