Previously a teacher at a Montessori school in Perth, and currently a permanent teacher for an Evening School for Children and Adults in Subiaco. Private tutoring, at home and in various places in the Western suburbs and in Perth City. Corporate Tuition and Conversation classes, on premises at international businesses, for individuals and also for groups.
Experience
20 years in Tutoring and Teaching. Ranging from children as young as 2 years old, following a special program for children, to adults, primary, secondary as well as University Students and Corporate workers. Tutoring large classes as well as individuals. I have always had the skills to tune in with the students to develop their skills, overcoming the obstacles in their studies. I have been a language student myself of Latin as well as African and European languages and now live in Australia. I know only too well the difficulty we face in speaking a different language. Making sometimes innocent fools of ourselves. This barrier must be crossed... A language is to be spoken, but some enjoy learning it just simply to read or write it. There is different types of students, different aspirations.
