Education
I studied at Santa Maria College in Attadale for my high school degree from 2013-2018. I Graduated with 92.45 ATAR and studied Literature, Chemistry, Human Biology, Religion and Mathematics Applications. I feel that I could help students with strategies and help them develop better study habits as I am recently graduated and are very confident in these skills. Math was definitely my most confident and well performing subject and therefore is what I would be most comfortable tutoring. Currently I am doing an honours Pharmacy course at Curtin University.
Experience
Previously I have tutored a few younger students after school with English structure. I was also apart of the peer mentoring tutoring program at Santa Maria college where older high school students would assist younger ones with their homework, assignments and general organisation. During my final year of high school I received the achievement certificate for Mathematics Applications which was awarded to the top 3 students of the year. I also averaged an A in Math with an average of 92% in my math class. I want to be a tutor because I love working with children seeing their looks of accomplishment when understanding a new concept.
