I have a Master of Education in German and English from the University of Potsdam in Germany.
Experience
I taught German at intermediate and beginner levels at the University of West Australia between 2013 and 2014. I teach German to high school students in Perth from grades 7 to 12. In general, I have tutored students between the ages of 9 and 65 from beginners to high school support to advanced academia. I am a German tutor with excellent skills in teaching languages. Whether you're a beginner who would like to hammer down their pronunciation or are at a more advanced level, I can guide you through the language while taking approaches that align with your learning preferences. I can review fundamentals, such as grammar rules or basic vocabulary, or dive into cultural aspects of the German language, such as music, art, or history. I can lead you through conversational practice to help you feel more comfortable with the language.
