Education

I earned my bachelor's degree in Modern Languages for specialists in the learning and teaching of French as a Foreign Language from the University of Tours in France. I went on to earn my master's degree in Languages, Civilization, National and Comparative Literature (French as a Foreign Language) from the same university. I went on to earn my PhD in Linguistics and Language Education from the University of Tours as well.

Experience

I am French and have been teaching French as a Second Language for almost 20 years in different learning environments around the world, including at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and the Edith Cowan University Western Australia. I have taught all levels of students from beginners to advanced, and all ages of students from children to teenagers and university students to adults. When I tutor, I propose writing and reading activities, grammar reinforcement, and conversation practice. I provide all the teaching material, worksheets, listening comprehension lessons, and more. If needed, I give homework and provide feedback. I also prepare students for the French ATAR examination. I give them some tips to get ready and to be confident. I was a marker for the French written ATAR course examinations, state 3, a few years ago. I am available for one-on-one tutoring or for small-group tutoring.
