Experience
I am a Finance Professional with more than 30 years of working experience (both locally and overseas). I am a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK). I also hold a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Mauritius. Prior to migrating to Australia ten years ago, I worked as Head of Internal Audit in a Mauritian Crop Insurance Company. I also worked in the Mauritian banking sector for nearly 17 years. I was also a part time lecturer/tutor in the areas of Finance & Risk Management at Universities, Professional Training Centres and in privately held sessions I am currently a self-employed working in the Australian Financial services Industry and I hold a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Diploma in Financial Planning. The combination of my educational background and work experience has sharpened my abilities to address various issues in the areas of Finance and I am very keen in sharing the knowledge that I have acquired over the years.
