I am currently an Applied Mathematics major at Curtin University.
Experience
I have been a tutor since I graduated from high school and worked with different kinds of students. After getting into university and learning more advanced mathematics, I decided to become a tutor again as I'm really keen to become a teacher in the future. I also have a lot of experience organizing all sorts of events for children and teenagers as well. Throughout study sessions, I'm not only teaching but letting students figure out the interesting parts of learning the subject. Seeing students become better and better in the subject is one of the best parts of tutoring for me. I am comfortable teaching a variety of subjects, including high school mathematics, Calculus I-III, Mandarin Chinese (all levels), linear algebra, and middle school math. I can also help students prepare for high-stakes exams such as AP Calculus AB and AP Chinese.
